The main goal of the design team of the residence is its integration into the natural environment, into the particular morphology of the land, so as to obtain an aesthetically perfect result that satisfies the requirements of the users in the best possible way, while taking advantage of the unobstructed view of the plot towards the Gialova lagoon. The design intention of creating a simple architectural form was transformed into a gesture of a volume with a curved footprint that faithfully follows the geomorphology of the plot, embracing all its spaces, creating an impressive functional unit and an internal patio at the back.

The excellent possibility of utilizing the outdoor and semi-outdoor spaces offered by the temperate climate of the area, combined with the curved layout of the individual spaces of the residence, create the necessary conditions for the creation of extensive outdoor spaces, the design of which has also been given increased importance as they constitute, especially during the summer months, an extension of the living spaces of the complex.

The entrance to the residence at the back between the natural rock and the residence creates an intense experience. Opening the door makes the experience even more intense since in front of the visitor the amazing view unfolds in continuation of the infinity swimming pool and the outdoor spaces. To the right of the entrance are the bedrooms with their bathrooms, while to the left are the main living spaces. The central bedroom is located on the south side of the residence in a discrete volume-plastic space. A special feature of the house is the inner courtyard that connects it to the underground auxiliary spaces.

The construction materials are natural, sustainable traditional materials of the region, which highlight the simple curved design lines and create a rich palette of textures in direct harmony with the landscape. The principles of sustainable design are at the heart of the architectural approach, ensuring that the house is not only energy efficient, but also contributes to the preservation of the microclimate.

Finally, the main goal of the design team was to preserve as many olive trees as possible from those present on the plot, as well as to enrich the surrounding area with Mediterranean aromatic plants suitable for highlighting the composition and local climatic conditions.
