For us, design plays a strategic role in every project transforming each solution to an exceptional one. The design process covers all aspects of a final product, combining aesthetics, ergonomics, the user's needs, as well as important production requirements. Our industrial design team works as an integrated part of an overall team, designing specific building elements, but also developing products at a commercial and domestic scale in collaboration with industry partners. We focus on three areas of research: Computational Design and Research, Composite Cellular Materials and Sustainable Design.

Advanced Modelling

We combine design, engineering, usability and technology in new and innovative ways to create simple forms, creative concepts and smart solutions, always with the specific users in mind. We bring an unprecedented expertise in performance analysis, optimisation, fabrication, and interaction design, as well as data visualisation. Simulation

We use innovative ways to test concepts so that we are more than confident that they are fully realised before construction begins. As an integrated team we are involved in all stages of structural, mechanical, spatial and quantitative coordination which enable us to use state-of-the-art technological innovation and respond successfully to any complex design challenges.
